LOL - That was truly a personal fool penalty. Quintin looks to have been caught in that nexus between the moment being too big for him and not understanding how big the moment was. Stupid penalty but hopefully he can stuff that in his bag 'o experience and pull it out at a later his career to hook us up in a big game. As for the kill shot, whatever. You definitely want to make your penalties count but I'm not sure I want to see the Eagles have to knock the starting QB out to be able to beat the Cards. We can save that for Eli and Tony. WWTSD?
